This journey combines scenic hilltop viewpoints, moderate trekking, and wildlife exploration into a well-paced adventure suitable for families and first-time trekkers. The tour begins in Pokhara, with a visit to Sarangkot, famous for its sunrise views over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After the trek, the tour continues to Chitwan National Park, a wildlife sanctuary in Nepal’s lowlands. Itineraries

Arrive in Pokhara and transfer to your hotel by private vehicle. Depending on your arrival time, take a gentle walk around Lakeside, enjoy the serene Phewa Lake, or rest at the hotel. Evening at leisure to prepare for the upcoming trek.

Overnight stay in a comfortable hotel

Early morning drive to Sarangkot to witness sunrise over Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail). After sunrise, return to Pokhara for breakfast. Spend the day visiting local attractions such as the World Peace Pagoda, Devi’s Fall, Gupteshwor Cave, and the Tibetan Refugee Camp.

Walking Duration: 1–2 hours for light exploration

Suitable for families and all ages; leisurely pace

Drive to the trailhead from Pokhara and begin the trek through terraced fields, small villages, and lush forested trails. The day is moderate with 3–5 hours of walking. Reach Australian Base Camp in the afternoon, a peaceful site with open views of the Annapurna range.

Carry light daypack; overnight in a teahouse/lodge

After breakfast, trek back to the trailhead and drive to Pokhara. Evening free to relax at Lakeside or enjoy optional activities such as boating on Phewa Lake or visiting local markets.

Walking Duration: 2–3 hours

Drive from Pokhara to Chitwan National Park, a journey of 4–5 hours through subtropical lowlands. Check-in at the jungle lodge in Chitwan. In the evening, attend a traditional Tharu cultural program and dinner at the lodge.
