Description

One of the most popular treks in the Annapurna region is Annapurna Dhaulagiri Trek which offers unparalleled outlooks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges including the massifs above 8,000 meters. The trek takes you through the scenic villages and through the beautiful landscapes of the Himalayas foothill. The trekkers should walk through the off-beaten trail which offers stunning views of the majestic mountains like Annapurna (8,091 m), Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), Manaslu (8,156 m), and many high peaks.

The traveling towards the Annapurna region is really adventurous as the trail enters into the pristine territory for trekking and also through the Iush forests and picturesque settlements surrounded by terraced fields with panoramic mountain vistas.

Annapurna Dhaulagiri trek officially begins from Kathmandu Valley by taking mountain flight to Pokhara. After one night spending in Pokhara, the journey will head towards Nayapul from where the adventurous trekking trail begins. Walking through the forested landscapes and villages like Birethanti, Ghandruk, and many Gurung Village. Walking through the Bhotekoshi Gorge and Rhododendron and Oak forests will offer you unforgettable memories.

Itineraries

Upon your arrival in Kathmandu Airport, one of our team representatives will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. We will offer you welcome dinner and meet our official team.

Stay overnight at luxurious hotel in Thamel, Kathmandu.

Visit different UNESCO World Heritage sites like Pashupatinath Temple, Soyambhunath Stupa, Bouddha Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.

The seven hours of scenic drive through the hilly landscapes along the bank of the Trishuli river takes you to the lake city of Pokhara.

Stay overnight at luxurious hotel in lakeside of Pokhara.

Drive 45 minutes from Pokhara city towards Nayapul. Then start trekking from Nayapul through the plain landscapes for 2 hours to reach Syauli Bazaar. Later, climb steeply up for another 2 hours to reach Gurung village of Ghandruk.

Stay overnight in Lodge.

Walk along the scattered settlements of different ethnic tribes for 3 hours to reach beautiful village of Tadapani. Explore the outstanding vistas of flora throughout the journey such as small ferns and exotic orchids.

Stay overnight in Lodge

Walk through the dense forests of Rhododendron and Mangolia and climb slightly upwards to reach small settlements of Dobato Village.

Stay overnight at Tea house.

Walk through the grass moorlands with the stunning views of Kali Gandaki Valley downwards and Dhaulagiri above. Pass the village Bhaise Kharka (3,300), then descend slowly to reach Chistibang Village.

Continue walking through the forested landscapes climbing uphill to reach the Kobra Ridge.The stunning views of Annapurna South (7,219 m), Annapurna Flag (7,647 m), Nilgiri Himal, and Dhaulagiri.

Begin your journey early in the morning towards the holy Khaire Lake. Enjoy the overwhelming scenery of sunrise on Dhaulagiri range.

Descend back to Chistibang and follow southaward track to Sounta Village. Then start walking through bamboo forest to reach Ghorepani Village.

Overnight at Lodge.

Early morning hiking to Poon Hill welcomes you with astounding sunrise on Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. The top of the hill offers most magnificent mountain panorama. Later descend back to Hile and follow the Bhurungdi River to reach Nayapul then drive back to Pohara. In total the journey will be of 6 hours of walking and 1 hour of driving.

We will guide you though the Pokhara Valley to visit Fewa Lake, Mahendra Cave, and Bindabasini Temple. You can explore the city by hiring the bicycle or bike.

Travel for seven hours through the comfortable road to return into the Kathmandu Valley.

We will transfer yo to the International Airport as per your flight schedule so you can depart to your home town.
