Itineraries

Our journey begins from Kathmandu by flying or driving towards Pokhara. It will take 6 hours to reach Pokhara by bus through beautiful hilly landscapes along the bank of the fast-flowing Trishuli river.

The flight goes through the lap of high Himalayas for 25 minutes to reach the beautiful lake city of Pokhara.

We will start driving towards Phedi which will take 2 hours to reach there. After lunch, we will start our walking trails crossing beautiful villages then forested landscapes to reach Pothana.

We will trek through fantastic rhododendron forest nesting different species of birds to the village of Landruk (1,500 m) inhabited by the warm-greetings and hospitable Gurung people. As you climb higher, the panoramic view of villages dots the land below.

The trek towards Chomorong Village (2,170 m)vwill be one of the memorable days as we will pass through beautiful rhododendron forests with the stunning outlook of Mt. Machhapuchhre (6,993 m) and Annapurna (8,091 m) towering above the hills.

The trail goes through the forests until Bamboo and will have lunch there. After lunch, again we continue our trek through the forest path and many small streams. Passing the Modi Khola the trail goes steeply up to Himalaya Hotel for your overnight stay.

We will trek through the huge rock that forms the Hinku Cave, a favorite camping shelter and landmark for mountaineering expeditions, which is a pleasant place to rest. After Deurali the trail crosses several streams before you enter the Machhapuchhre Base Camp.

We will ascend further more to reach Annapurna Base Camp located at an altitude of 4,130 meters. One can enjoy the scenic mountain panorama of Annapurna I (8,091 m), Annapurna South (7,219 m), Gangapurna (7,455 m) and Annapurna III (7,555 m) from here.

We will cross Annapurna Glacier earlier as we start the trekking for the day. The route is little bit difficult but we will be rewarded with amazing views of high Himalayas from the altitude of 4,800 meters.

We will continue to follow our trail that ascends uphill all the way to High Camp. The uphill journey can be tiring, so we do rest for a while to restore the energy.

We will walk through the levelled glacier below the west flank of Tharpu Chuli and Sigu Chuli. We will follow the footsteps of our climbing expert to summit the Peak.

The peak offers the stunning view of Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Annapurna V, Gangapurna, Machhapuchre (Fish-Tail) and Singu Chuli.

Then we will quickly descend to Base Camp.

We will descend back to Deurali bypassing ABC and MBC.

The descend continues through the rhododendron forest to reach the beautiful village.

We will descend through the forested landscapes and bypass the several villages and teal stalls along the way to reach Ghandruk Village. The Gurung Village is very beautiful and we will explore the lifestyle and ethnic culture of the people residing in the village.

We will walk for 1 hour to reach bus stand. Then travel towards Pokhara by bus or jeep for 3 hours.
